Over the past week, as I plan for 2005, I have had the chance to reflect on the last year. In doing so, I realize that there have been a number of real accomplishments in the middle of the many challenges. I believe that the major accomplishment for the business in 2005 was the name change and related branding effort.

I can not tell you how many times I have received positive feedback about the name SoundBoard and how it clearly identifies what we do. It is so much easier for people to communicate our message. It has helped us be more focused and it has positioned us for a bright future. Obviously, everything we do has to fit this brand. I have consistently used three words to describe our value; Confidence, Clarity and Collaboration.

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your efforts in turning LTBN into SoundBoard. You wouldn't back down, you educated us and you helped open our eyes. I wanted to make sure that you acknowledged your success in this process as you look back on the last year.
